rear brake shoes 11" or 12"
Looking on Rock Auto I see both sizes listed for a 93 D250. Was wondering what model received the 12 inch? I need to go measure my backing plates when the sun comes out. Also what are your thoughts on cheap pads versus expensive pads. Any difference? So many fake Chines companies these days. I wonder if Raybestros is even made in the USA anymore.

The two W-250s I just worked on had 12 inch rear drums.

8-lug trucks are 12". The dodge parts listings are messed at the OE level. Rockauto just regurgitates the info their system is fed with.
I used dodge 1-1/8" wheel cyls. Chevy has a 1-3/16" on some duallies. Pay attention if you want the inlet angled or not. Angled is easier to hookup the line as the leaf spring (or block) is rather close.

That showed a set without the angled brake line hole. Not ready for them yet. I want to bleed my existing brakes today. I did new stuff up front. Pads, calipers, and lines. I need to drive down the street in it today. While I'm under there I will scope out the ABS valving.

Your gonna need to learn, these trucks came configured a bunch of ways. 12x3 were factory d/d350 shoes a 12x2.5. Most ppl use 3 inch shoes and bigger cylinders on the 250s. They came w 7/8which is wrong and you'll overheat the front brakes towing and stopping w heavy loads.
front axle on the cummins d250s I think are 4000lb axle.
