Hello, well I had an extra hour to kill today so I decided to go rip it apart again and see if I could free that little bugger up. The penetrating oil must of worked as all I had to do was put a little pressure (less than yesterday) with a screwdriver through the hole and it popped loose. I oiled it and worked back and forth about 300 times Now it pops out with ease. Took it for a short drive and it feels quite a bit better up high. Thanks for your help guys. Now in a couple weeks it will be time to attack the full fuel screw. Later

I'm glad it worked out for you. I know how it is to run without the AFC- I didn't have the banjo bolt on the back of the pump until I found this board I have since doubled my HP, for about $300 +gauges thanks to the many great minds here.

I hope you decide to keep her, they only get better

Michael

Mand i shore wish i had moved the throttle when i had the top of of mine. I was just a little skeeeered to touch much of any thing that i hadn't read how to do 10 times over
this would be a good pic to be infront of all the pump mod articals
