This is going in the 92. It was my spare stock one from when I got the M & H#2 in the 93. I just want to play around and see differences in EGT's and boost whith just changing the cone. ( If it ever stops snowing up here )

Don't grind her too thin, she'll snap in half.

Oh, you still have at least 3 more inches left to grind off of there!

Wow
So how did you come up with that particular profile?

Do you have any problems with your pin leaking or did you install a longer one?

Looks good.

Need a steeper ramp and less material there towards the center.

Looks like something my Grandma did.

I have not installed it yet. I went way up beyond where the pin will contact it because I was using a stone on a die grinder. The cone won't go anywhere near as deep as the groove is. It was just easier to remove all the extra material so I could get the contact area the way I wanted it. Jim, I just basically made it deep. As with any deeper pin it may very well cause a afc leak. This one is no where near as deep as my M H#2 pin is. Crossy, I could get a little more out of the center, but I am going to run it and check the contact area first. I may cut the bottom of the cone off and shim the diaphram end down to set it deeper in the pump. We will see.
