Question about rear disc brake install on my 91

thinkin about buying a dana 80 with discs for my rear and just wondering if a perportioning valve is all ill need

I did not use one. It bolts right in.
I did move the bracket for the brake line junction box on the frame rail back about 1", moved the e-brake cable bracket about 2" and changed over the rear anti lock sensor.

summit has one for like 50.00 bucks. i like mine can dial it for more front when empty.and more back when towing seems to help not push the back end around as much

Done a Dana 70 disc brake conversion, loving it, no more consently adjusting the rears.
