Pyro Installed

Alright i just got done instaling my isspro pyro. no problems except mouting the drive box and not having the right bits, the site i used called for a 5/16 where it needed a 11/32, but fixed that and all is good, so now my questions is, driving down the road at 70 WOT uphill in od at 16lbs of boost, it read 950-1000, is this normal for just a turned fuel pin?

Yep, that sounds fine. Time to get after the fuel screw.

I use a 1/4" drive 6mm socket on a ratchet to mess with mine. I get the locknut with a 13mm box wrench.

For a first timer, it's easier to reach if you remove the throttle bracket from the side of the engine (2 nuts up top, 1 bolt down low).

You're probably up against the lock collar. Back the screw out (count the turns or mark the screw somehow), remove the collar and straighten out the threads if necessary. Put it back in and then see if you can get it to go farther.

It'll be worth it

Unless you have Lilliputian sized hands or are yanking the top off the pump (say, to install the 3200spring?)... nope

Metric and you *WILL* need to clean them up a bit... the collar is spot welded to the screw and takes a few bites when removed

threads are 8mm x 1.00

or you could order a new fuel screw with the user-friendly 6mm hex head. I can send you a pic of it if'n you'd like. p/n 1 463 402 423-000. it will set you back about $18 at your local pump shop.
