?'s bout putting new seals in steering gear box

im going to be putting new seals in my power steering gear box because it is leaking and i was wondering how hard of a job is it? how long would it take? or is it even worth doing and just take it to sum1?

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
If sector seal, you can do after getting pitman off. Requires good puller.
Adjsuter nut seal on top is easy, just don't mess adjustment up.
Anything else, get a reman with lifetime warranty and be done with it.

If you are meaning the seal just ahead of the steering-shaft, there is a write-up in our stickies at the top of our page.
