Pulling my hair out.....
I posted a few days ago about my 93 W350 5 speed having electrical problems. I've put a new PCM in it, New Battery, had the alternator checked, crank position sensor checked, and just about every wire or cable checked and still NO CHARGING at the battery! I'm about ready to give up! I also have NO speedometer either! Anyway, I also get to "Wait to Start" or "Water in Fuel" lights coming on, even for just a second. Is that due to a PCM failure? Even on a new one? Or is it something else? Any ideas of what to try next? I could sure use a sanity check or some more ideas on this one. Thanks Mike

Are you sure it's not chargeing and not just draining fast after getting charged? I just went through that crap again. New battery, volt reg., headlight switch, and now it's draining my battery again. I pulled the neg for now, but I think I finally need to change out the fuze panel. It was bad before and I cleaned it, but now the signals are acting up again as well.
Have you checked the ASD relay? It's the front one of the 3 on the driver's fender. Swap it with the back one (A/C) and see if it charges.
Are you saying you get no bulb check when you turn the key on?
