Power steering pump design
Hey, folks, I am curious as to the design of the power steering pump, mainly the cap's design. If overfilled, is the design of the cap with its spring, along with the ridge on the power steering pump where the cap threads into, designed to release pressurized fluid?
I went past the cold line fill mark on the cap's stem the other day, and noticed today the bottom of the reservoir had remnants of power steering fluid moisture, but cannot find leaks anywhere.
Thank you
