Post Pics of your bumper/brushguard
My front isn't finished and I don't really like how it turned out- it's made of 1.75" .120 wall DOM (at least it's stronger than it looks). I really made it to house the trans cooler... It will be plated and have a different brush guard soon enough...

Rear is made from 4x8" .188 wall 1010 - only took about an hour to make and it's welded to the hitch and has 2 3/8" mounting plates...

Falcon1,
I considered building mine to replicate a buckstop, but after working up all the costs I decided it was about even money. I work as a manufacturing engineer and I have to process parts every day and then decide to make them in house or send them out. Believe me I would have loved to take it on but the level of fab skills needed was above mine.
Here are some items to consider:
Steel & tubing as I had nothing lying around.
Tube bending, bracket cutting, press brake work.
Welding, grinding, and sanding.
Powdercoat and fasteners.
My time.
Materdiesel,
The hydroboost setup has worked well beyond my expectations, as far a seat of the pants improvements, it did for braking, what the fuel pin, 3200 spring, injectors, 16cm housing and HTT Stage III did for the motor.
