Positive and Negatives of The 3200 Spring
Took a little hunting but I scared it up.

Makes it highly unlikely that you'll screw up and drop a valve in the engine. 
You won't need to butcher the spring compressor, though.

When you use the spring compressor we've found that it works well if you "screw" the spring tight onto/into the compressor tool, *then* crank the handle on the compressor to squeeze it together....from there the removal and install of the new spring is fairly easy to do.
Like any other spring replacement, just use some care when you install the keepers....cover the surrounding area with a couple rags so if, on the off chance, the keepers go for a fly on you they don't drop down any open holes...not fun...
