Any of ya'll from Portland familiar with Transmission Exchange Co?
My Dad bought a 2001 wreck and it has a "Utility Programmed" 47re from Transmission Exchange Co. Just curious if this is a good company and if that transmission was built to take more horsepower.

I worked with them in the 1980s and they were excellant. I had them rebuild my Getrag in the early part of this century and they got it right - the second time. That is to say they stood behind their work. The guy I sold that Getrag to has put it through its paces and he is happy with it.
