Any good dealers in Portland Oregon

I'm looking at buying a CTD in February or March. But everytime I go in they tell me, Ohhhh there was only one truck at that price >. Would you like to see one of these $$$$.
So I tell them invoice - incentives. They just laugh . Just gotta love car sales .

And dealer with a good service department would be nice.
Also can you get the same deal if you order??

Thanks
John

Re:Any good dealers in Portland Oregon

This can't be a good sign I can't believe it , No replies!!!!

Right now in Portland they have trucks discounted about $8000+/- off MSRP. I don't think it's going to get any better. Any thoughts ???

Re:Any good dealers in Portland Oregon

I lived in Mosier/Hood River for about 10 years. I would highly recomend the Dodge place in The Dalles. For the life of me I can't remember the name, but have a couple of freinds go there that live in Portland. I know it is a little over an hour from P town, but you will be treated right. Hope this helps.

Re:Any good dealers in Portland Oregon

I'm a sales person @ Miles Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Woodburn.
My name is Ryan, our sales department is great here, our goal is to create long term cust. loyalty. We have an incredibly knowledgable truck guy, John Groenig, our clients always leave confident in their purchase when they work with him. Service Department is decent, ask the service writer for Steve as a Tech. he has been Gold Certified for the last 3 years, based on customer feedback.

-hope this helped,

Whatever you do – don’t go to Gresham Dodge!

I have heard good feedback about Town&Country Dodge in Wilsonville and I have also heard good things about Timberline Dodge. My father-in-law bought a '02 Cummins from T&C and I bought a 2000 Dodge Caravan from them also. Both were positive experiences. I also remember hearing something about a dealer in Longview/Kelso area that deals. Good luck.

Timberline is a family owned business with just the one dealership. Their service is pretty good. Only deal with Ed Huddleston or current fleet sales guy. They have the authority to approve a deal without running back and forth to the manager's office. The regular sales people don't know very much about trucks as per most dealers. Go in there with a printout of what you want (for factory order) and you should be able to get it for invoice minus mfg. incentives. I have not been impressed with service at Gresham Dodge as they have kids doing oil changes.
