Top Secret Canadian Spotted in 'SouthPark'

I was watching this week's SouthPark and I think I spotted the infamous cowboy from up north riding his sheep! I did a screen capture. Let me know if I spotted the real McCoy!

I talked with Rod last Monday, I think he's trying to get answers to the 28394728392 questions I asked him. I got an email back on Friday, I think he's trying to make me a happy little diesel boy for Christmas. ;D
