Parking Brake Lever Replacement

The one in my truck is worn out enough that the teeth (that holds it "on" and makes the clicking noise when you depress it) no longer reach the release lever, the bushing has gone out so the whole assembly with the teeth are too low to catch the release lever. Does anybody know where to get a replacement lever assembly? It looks like I can't take it apart and everything looks pressed together. Thanks.
