P/N needed for 1st gen clutch

I am in need of a part number for a 1st Generation 5 speed , 1990, Cummins. I need the part number for the clutch disk. TIA

13". Cover and Pressure Plate Assembly 4429153. Disc Assembly 4429151. Plate load in pounds 2340. Facing diameter outside x inside 13 x 7.28. Spring number and color 6 orange.
