I believe the rear main and also #6 valve cover.. You know the one where your arms have to be 8ft long to reach lol

You might as well do them all and adjust your valves while you're at it. Don't forget to replace the little o-rings on the bolts also.

Arm's have to be be 8Ft ? that's when it pay's to be Tall you can reach the back of the motor from the Ground

two milk crates with a 4 foot 2 x 12 anchored between them works good for those that didn't eat their weeates as a kid

If you really like being comfortable working over the back of that motor for long periods, build one of these. Even in you don't have any spare lumber sitting around you could build it in a couple hours for about $25 or so

Aww heck that's a Ford isn't it easier to just remove the Cab ?????

Quite possibly, especially if it is the 6.0L powerstroke
I had a 7.3L F350 for a couple years and I can tell you, every little bit of help is great given the amount of room to work compared to a 1st gen cummins truck.

That's what I like about the old Dodges. There is plenty of room beside the right side of the motor- even with the V8- that my fat backside can climb in there to work on it.
