Dodge manual says -

12 quarts for the oil plus a half quart if the filter is changed. Mine always took 13 1/2 to get the level to full on the dipstick. When I installed an Amsoil bypass, it takes 15 quarts to fill the system to the top mark.

Coolant - 15.5 quarts with a manual tranny and 16.5 with an auto tranny.
