OD and cargo light buttons

Neither of these light up when pushed. Can I replace the buttons with toggle switches. Or what would you suggest?

The OD button is a momentary switch with a light. Pushing the button grounds a pin in the PCM, the PCM turns on the light, and locks out OD. Push it again, the PCM turns out the light and enables OD. So that one's a no on the toggle.

Cargo light would be OK as a toggle.
