o/d solenoid plug problem ?

Last month my o/d stop working with the the awesome help from you guys i found out it was a frayed wire to the o/d solenoid plug.I fixed the wireing the o/d works but were the plug goes into the trans im not getting a good fit so every so often it works it way lose the little plastic clip broke have any of you had this problem any ideas how to fix thank you

Hmmm. This is the wire end right? Maybe a dab of RTV around the weatherpak rubber seal? This sort of makes it semi-permanent I know. But it's beats crawling under there every week.

Do you have pics of your front bumper? I'd love to see it. I'm a big fan of the pre-runner look.

Dodge can sell you a new weatherpack connector. There's a tool that makes it easy to pop the pins out when you change connectors.

so i can actually change the metal pins in the plug in part on the od sensor .I wonder how hard thats to change i have a hard enough time getting the plug pluged back into the side of the trans

If you get the weatherpack tools you can change the whole thing very easily.
