We are going to pull the top of the pump apart today and see what we find inside. When I did the spring, everything seemed ok but check again. Also, when putting the fuel pressure gauge on we found no fuel in the lines. Like all the fuel drained back. I can't find any leaks anywhere. The hard start problem started when we put the piston lift pump on. If it was a leak on the pressurized side, we would see fuel coming out when it was running. Not sure where it could be sucking air into the lines or leaking fuel out.
