no start
no start
died yesterday going down the road.(felt like the key was turned off). long story short.. it got a new lift pump and fuel filter. finally got it started with either. drove home good, and restarted when i got there. next morning... no start. seems to be getting air in lines. i keep bleeding, but still wont start. when this happened i got a new fuel leak at the throttle linkage on the I/P. still no start. couled it be sucking air on the pump itself?
On the '91 and older trucks it's common for the lines from the tank to get rusty and develop pinholes, and also for the rubber hoses to crack. Plumb in a section of clear line before the lift pump to see if you are sucking air into the system through the supply lines.
