no smoke

Ok guys i have the pods in and 5 turns on the fuel screw. Pump timed to the head. smoke screw just a plug. I have never messed with the star wheel. I think it run better with the stock injectors with alot of miles on them. So i am asking what i need to do to make the pods perform better. thanks Scott

Call 'em up then. POD's are not a whole lot bigger than stock non-IC injectors, but they should have increased your power (and smoke).

It appears you have the same set up as me for the most part and performance issues. What kind of boost and egt's do you have at WOT? When I first installed my PDR POD's I had very little smoke, power, and low egt's. After playing with the pump for a while I've got much more power! and smoke and egt's. I guess I just had to get to know the truck. I hit 40psi now and did that for the first time 2 days ago. I also can hit 1500* quick like if I want. Only did it once and man was she rollin! I average 600-650 egt at 70mph. Not sure of RPM. I gotta get a tach, soon!

I have 3:08's in my truck. The RPM your showing for that speed is high. In 3rd at 2500 RPM I am hitting between 85/90 MPH.

Your trans converter is very loose. If your converter acts like mine the more you turn up the engine the more it slips.
