No power

I have a 93 d250 manual. Im not getting any power at all to the cab. I have power all the way to the heater solonoids. im restoring the truck, it ran just fine, and now that its all back together and wiring harness is on i got nothin. All my fuses are good, any one have any idea of where to check next?

Check the fusible links on the fender.

i figured it out, the hot wire under the dash has some how been snipped
