No Power!
Two days in a row now i have started my 90' cummins like normal and let it warm up before i head out the driveway to go to school. It is below freezing here. I go out my road about 3/4 of a mile and i lose all power (engine power) and then it cuts off. So i had to drive the dumb 6.0 powerstroke to school. They had to force me to drive it. haha but we let my cummins set untill the afternoon when the tempeture is warmer and push the little button on the bottom of the fuel filter to let the water out of the fuel filter and some comes out. Then in starts up. The low fuel light is on and it needs fuel. I know it has enough fuel to get me out my road and to a fillin' station. I guess i have a little water in my fuel tank. Is my problem water getting into the fuel filter and freezing and then not letting any fuel through? I must need to change the fuel filter. Any other ideas besides the freezing water, or is that my problem? Thanks
Ryan
