New to the forum, new owner 93 D250.

Hey guys, I've been snooping around here since about a week before I bought my most recent truck, a 93 D250, auto, 3.54 single cab, 142K almost 100% stock. I picked her up for $2500, and it has all the maintenance records since new. Long story, but the price was kind of a gift for helping out a sick person in need of a 4WD truck...

I have already adjusted the TPS, the TVC changed the fluids in her and a few other things. Oh, I cut and re-welded the brake pedal down (further from me) about 4 inches, I don't really fit in this single cab, but I'm workin on making it comfortable.

This is my first Diesel, and I know, sad but true, my first american vehicle next to a jeep and a few american built toyotas

I LOVE this truck though! It runs so amazingly well and I think it will make a great toy hauler/daily driver, I plan on doing a few upgrades and I'm sure you'll see me around here.

Your forum is a great wealth of knowledge and everyone seems really cool on here. I hope I fit in ok

Here's a link to my website, with some pics of the truck. I'd be happy to post things for people on the website, I pay for the bandwidth and I have more than one can possibly use. If you see any errors about the truck let me know, I don't know much about it yet!

I delivered a 4x4 chevy to my aunt who has lupis and needed a 4x4 which is why I got the truck for so cheap... Doesn't D250 mean 2wd and W250 mean 4x4, or did I mix that up. I don't know much about these yet! This is my 4x4

Welcome, looks good for the money. Is it just me or is the tranny pan got a big dent in it? BTW most of the oil on my truck I thought was coming from the rear main turned out to be coming from the valve cover gasket on #6 and just running down the block/bell housing.

Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out for sure; both the pan and the leak. It sure leaks a lot if you run it on an incline!
