New to this forum with a 92

What's going on fellows? I'm new to this forum and since I picked this 92 up everyone says this is the place for them other than 1stgen.org. The truck is solid and a hoot to drive. Fixed a couple of leaks on it and she has been golden. I just had a little girl and need an extended cab with a seat to accommodate her so have it listed FS on a few forums. I'm just not sure I want to let it go.

Here are a few things it has:

Truck has 253,xxx

- 14k on rebuilt 518 w/ Billet Convertor (I have no info on the convertor)
- 33k on rebuilt VE with 366 spring
- 75 hp POD injectors (unfortunately do to the previous owner)
- Isspro Pyro/ Di-Pricol boost gauge
- 4" Stans exhaust w/ 6" MBRP tip
- Borgueson steering shaft
- 2" Skyjacker soft ride front leafs with shocks
- Skyjacker Dual Stab sytem
- Ranch Hand Front Replacement bumper
- 18x9 Moto Metals

Just had a new rad, water pump, T-stat, lift pump, calipers and pads, king-pin assembly, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, steering box, evap core, pinion seal and carrier bearing replaced. It needs an A/C compressor since the one on it has a burnt clutch. The roof and hood have the faded clear coat with minor surface rust. I covered the roof with Fluid Film as of now. Spot light is no longer attached. I tinted the tail-lights and third light black along with the grill shell.

The wiring shows signs of 18yrs of age but really ain't to bad at all. I'm **** and of course want to clean it up. What I want to really do is fit 2nd gen front and back seats into it. 47rh conversion and P-pump it.

What do yall think??

They make Transluscent paint in a can called Nightshades made by VHT.

The Natural, great looking truck. So you're selling it right? For sale ads are not allowed in the open forum like you have here. For sale ads go in the classifieds section. an administrator will modify your post to make it not a for sale thread.

That truck is amazing looking holy cow

2nd gen fronts are great! The 2nd gen rears won't fit. But I think am2nd gen Dakota rear bench will.

I use mine to haul kids with and I have another on the way who will grow up in a 1st gen....

My .02,

Keep it.

This is not a FS thread. Just an introduction into the 1st gen section. I have it FS on a few other forums just not quite sure I want to get rid of it.

Thanks for the comments!

Instead of using the Nigtshade like Crossy stated I just used the gloss Krylon for Plastic. I coat it twice ever so lightly just enough to cover the lens.
