Looks like somebody did a homemade fix on the shutoff system because the column switch went bad....

Notice the screw on wire connector coming off the shutoff solenoid

Trucks are going down on price now and although it may be a fair price He sure could sell it faster for 2k by the looks of it specially with 280k miles.
