Question Improved Intake Cross-over ???

This question is for you guys with NON-I/C engines and original factory-issue turbos that have replaced the cross-over with a larger-bore, free-er-flowing custom-built intake tube.

Did the new cross-over measurably lower EGTs when towing up a grade ??

Other than the bling factor, what, if any, improvements have you experienced ??

Thanks.

I did a GDS 60mm and the 3" crossover. I noticed about 100-150* drop at 65 empty. Haven't gotten to tow on it yet but i think a little W/M (just to keep it cool) might be in its future.

I noticed 50+ degrees outta the crossover.

Seen more of a difference by doing the gds upgrade and a ats manifold thats ported along with the turbine inlet. Unloaded it would hit 1050. Now pulling a pass I can get 1200 with a heavy trailer, but my water temps start coming up.
