Need to make power steering hose
power steering hose
Unless you need something special and you might try a search for power-sharing houses. If memory is correct someone found that gas burner power steering hoses are the same though why thank slightly longer but will work.

They used these power steering reservoirs and steering box's on dodge and chevy trucks and vans from the 70's on up into the 90's. I've gotten hose and lines form chev's in the past to use on my ram pick-ups. Only thing I've found was that sometimes, depending on the type of reservoir used, there might be a slight difference in the threaded fitting.
Might take a little trial and error to come up with the proper piece, but you should be able to find something. If all else fail take your hose down to a hyd. hose fab'supply shop and have them make you a new one. They are just hyd hoses.

Im in the middle of a cummins conversion so im trying to go to the cummins PS pump to Ford Brake booster. I tried NAPA and carquest and they couldnt make me one ill look for a hydraulic shop thanks
Plews-Edelmann is the only company I know of that makes both the supply (pressure) hose AND the complete return hose including the fitting that screws into the PS pump. NAPA carries this return hose.
I recently replaced both PS hoses and was able to get the pressure hose from Mopar, but the return hose is now obsolete and it seems no Dodge dealer in the US has one in stock -- so I bought my new one from NAPA.
Anyway, the Plews-Edelmann website is:
http://www.plews-edelmann.com/index.cfm
There is a phone number on the site for technical help; I'm sure they can provide you the thread sizes. I suspect the threads may be metric?

The pump outlet is 16mm x 1.5. The steering box has 1 16mm x 1.5 port and one 18mm x 1.5 port. I can't remember which one is which on the box, but I am thinking the 18mm is the return. All three fittings need to be the special o-ring ones, specifically for steering stuff.
