Need help please!!!!!No power!

I have a 1992 ctd. I just replaced the engine and turbo I have upgraded injectors and also have tweaked the pump according to information I have found on this forum and others, the turbo is a holset hx40 it should be making plenty of power but when I get on it the gauge shows 13 pounds of boost, 900 degree egts and runs like a sick 4 banger any help or advice would be extremely appreciated. I am well aware it shouldn't run like a dragster but it should have more guts then this huh?

I will also give that a look but the truck hardly Produces any smoke just a little at start up but under full throttle there isn't hardly any smoke at all that's why I am figuring fuel issues but I don't have a clue. alot of money tied up and no results hardly

Does anyone think this could be a timing issue?
