Check toe adjustments. Should have a slight toe-in, about 1/8". Could even swap front tires to compensate for the pull if need be.

Ditto that!
I just drove my recently purchased 93 from Florida to Alabama before checking alignment and ate the front tires.

My toe was out too, but caster and camber were way out. They adjusted the caster and camber and that corrected the toe without any toe adjusted.

Very true if the ball joints or controlarm bushings are bad that can make toe out and pull.

I just replaced both strut bushings - the mounting and end link bushings on the sway bar. Mine tended to wander a little more than I liked but tire wear is normal. Just the replacement of the above brought my truck back to a like new driver. It can still wander but is 95% better. Last fall I did install some Billsteins front and back and they work as advertized that is they keep all wheels planted quite nicely. I can really feel the road now = which I like.

BTW I added a steering stabilizer about 1 1/2 years ago. Cost for the bushings was less than $100,00

Hey Bob, where did you find the bushings for the sway bar-to-strut bar mount?

The bushings came from J.C. Whitney. Just put your truck in and let their computer do the work. All my parts were guaranteed to fit and did. There are about 8 to 10 pages of parts for front end parts.

The Billsteins came from Shock Warehouse as did the steering stabilizer.

Awesome. I'll certainly have to look for them there. Thanks, Bob!

We've had alot of these trucks that suffer from negative camber issues where the tires are like this / \

the 92 D250 was pulling after we re-did the WHOLE front end, every single part, bushings and all.

Had it aligned at the VO-tech and they couldn't get the caster right, the truck always pulled and didn't like going over a series of bumps.

Had it aligned at a good good shop, now the driver side tire RUBS the fender (which it never did), that's how much it had to be adjusted. Drives better than brand new now.

Camber is one of the hardest things to spot. And it causes pulls real easy. Dead on toe and off camber will cause pulls. Not that hard to adjust but if you're not used to it let a shop do it.
