Napa filters and such

I know i might get someone fired but i think its worth the risk, MAKE A FREIND AT NAPA! My friend gave me his discount on a stock replacement filter. I paid $27, new $67. On suff like that they only have to pay 1% over cost. By the way a new filter was worth 75* decrease in egt.

Oops I must of forgot the price or the moderator removed it. Anyways, its alot cheaper than what you paid for yours. Plus its Fleetguard!! Not sure if it flows better, but if I had the choice of Fleetguard or anything else, I'd use Fleetguard.. plus saving 20 bucks is nice too .

I checked at a donaldson dealer and they wanted a little more than NAPA did and they had to order it. There oil and fuel filters are much cheaper though.

Where can you get fleetguard from?

I went to buy new filters recently and stopped by the local O'Reillys to pickup a BHAF. The dude quoted me something like $65. I remember seeing a cheaper price here on the board when doing a search for BHAF part #'s and came across www.fleetfilter.com in one of the posts. Their price was $28.14 + shipping. I received it promptly and have no complaints other than their in Texas and I had to pay 8.25% sales tax....darn govt!

I'm not affilated with them but at that price I'll be ordering from them again.

I can get the BHAF for about $37 or so. I didn't get for some stupid reason but i will in time. The filters from napa are WIX/dana and are extremely nice. Napa also can get the 4" elbows for the old smokey mount. The guys I know both used to work at O'reilys and only got 40% off and were only alowed so many transaction, plus napa doesn't carry crap, in cost more because the products are better.

I've been looking around for BHAF prices, and so far www.fleetfilter.com is the best. www.filter1.com also has them cheap. (both wix filters)
