Mystery injectors

I pulled out my old injectors thinking about having them redone.
What I got;
on the body:
8965
KDAL 59 P 9 161 245bar
BOSCH 937 (in a circle) Bosch (emblem) FRANCE

nozzle is 5 hole
9745

The 245bar is right, but should be a 6 hole for a 91.5 intercooled. Another mystery from the previous owner. Anyone know what these are?

This number has come up before. I google searched and it led me back here to a thread that SchamRam started, he has the same injectors in his 92 truck and was asking what they were and noone replied back.

It is possible They are the stock I/C injectors but somewhere along the road the tips only got swapped out to 5 holers.

Their in lies the mystery. The previous owner left me a few. Possible the bodies are stock. Add a 391 to the 8965 and it comes up for the intercooled application. The tip however does not compute. What size are the holes? Spray angle? If it will give me clean, cool power then I'm up for doing an overhaul. But that is only if.

If nothing else, send them to the rebuild shop and see what they can tell you.

I'm soaking them to see if I can get a hole diameter measurement. Anyone tell me how to measure the spray angle?

VCO 5X0.012" 155°

Just in case someone was interested.

So far, every one has told me no. Only six hole were used in the intercooled 1st gen. Maybe yours were changed somewhere along the line like mine were. Maybe not.
