I took me until yesterday to finally get my trailer unloaded!
I am still organizing my shop to get Moonshine a good spot with room to work on and pile up all the swap parts.
I have started to get out the boxes and boxes of stuff inside the R.C.
Lots of cool stuff for sure.
I did find the right key for the door locks!

Is the front headliner trim piece in the 3 or 4 inch PVC tube behind the seat?
I have yet to get it unloaded enough to check what is in there.

I am pretty excited about the project!

Yea, that is whats in the tube LOL! That is how it was shipped to me, and I wanted to make sure it stayed brand new.
Where was the key? was I close? Gasket box with a key-fob?

Some of that stuff, I had not seen for a few years, so I am not even sure whats in there. Some of it is junk, but there are some treasures also.

The best part is you have all the major stuff to build a pristine example of a Cummins RC to factory specs.

I miss it dearly already. Good thing work does not afford me time to dwell on it!!!!

You where spot on with the key location.
There where three key rings in the Cummins motor gasket set box.
The one with the key fob had three keys, one was the right one!
I had fun digging through a few of the treasure boxes I have opened so far.
I pick up random parts, bolts, brackets and can identify almost all of them…I have problems...

Oliver, I don't think you could have found a better Ramcharger project anywhere.

Thanks, and I agree.

My friends have been telling me for almost 20 years I need to find a Mopar help group.
I KNOW this place is NOT what they where talking about.

Yea, I kept some weird stuff LOL. One of my pet-peeves is non-correct interior screws. You should find a nice little stash of MOPAR screws. so all your trim attaches properly. I wish I would have had more time to organize it all better. I never really worry about that part, because after you have worked on the same platform truck for over 30yrs, you tend to know what you are looking at (or for!)
It sounds you are like me and will have no problem sorting through all that junk!

Ohh, and I hope all the extra glass made it safely. That was the only thing I was worried about not surviving the trip.

I spent the next 2 days at my friends house in Phoenix organizing the trailer and working on my tow rig.
He was only 1 hr from you.

We slapped a new rotor and caliper on the drivers side of my '95 12V tow rig as it was sticking badly with the newly loaded trailer.
I also didn't like a little vibe I was getting at 65-75 MPH and a little squeaky noise so we swapped both the rear U-joints as well.

I pulled 75% of the stuff out of the Ramcharger, then re packed it all.
The front of my buddies house looked like a Carlisle car show swap meet spot, before we got it all re-loaded.
I got all the heavy stuff like the getrag, NP-205 combo, along with the spare NP-205 on that pallet, the 4 spare leaf springs, 3 driveshafts, sway bar, bell, flywheel, clutch, out of the rear of the R.C and loaded and strapped to my trailer.
I bolted the front bumper on to save space and not risk damaging it.
I then re packed all the stuff that was light and damageable in the R.C again with more card board.
Not a piece of glass, the spare HVAC boxes or trim seems damaged after miles of rattling away on my trailer.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who is OCD about this kind of stuff.....

If you ever find one let me know....I should probably make a few meetings myself.

Moonshine is looking great. Glad your going to be giving it the love it deserves.

I take OCD to a new level. I don't even think there is a term for it yet.
Thankfully my wife is understanding

I'm similar. They should all match, just like tools in a set. But I'm not as bad as a buddy of mine who restored a flat fender Power Wagon and ALL the "Dodge Plymouth Chrysler Desoto" bolt heads had to be lined up square and on the same plane...

If I start lining up the bolt heads so they are all on the same plane on my projects…I will start looking for a Mopar "help" group.

That would make torquing bolts interesting.
