Thumbs down More Electical Problems!!!!

I have been trying to clean up the mess under the dash and i thought the best way to do that would be to mount another fusebox and run additional wires to replace all the extra i put in. Everything was fine until i was wiring up the accesory wire and i tapped the gauges fuse and then my radio or my gauges wouldnt work. i took my fuse box and on the backside of the fuse box there is four female connecters hooked to the fuse box the fourth one runs to the gauges fuse and it does not have power at all...
Please help me frustration is eatin me from the inside out
Thanks a million

took apart the steering collumn and found that the problem is not in the fuse box... I found one constant hot and i used a jumper wire until my gauges and the radio turned on so i am guessing i am suppose to have two constants and only have one... the color going to the fuse block is black with a white stripe and the supposedely other constant hot is a red wire... these were hooked up to the ignition switch. Do i have a fusible link out?? i will try and find where the wire goes but i am very lost
Thanks

Check your fuse links under the hood, sounds like you may have burnt one.
