Thank you all!! It's a D250, I checked the VIN. The previous owner must've put a dually axle underneath it. The exhaust is kinda goofy, it's a single that splits with a Y pipe over the axle & droans like crazy above 30 mph!! I want to get a baseline for fuel mileage this week & then I'll try the timing bump & fuel pin rotate that Crossy documented for us. Nice job BTW!! I've only had the truck a couple of days, but she drives like a champ! No steering wander, transmission shifts so smooth you don't feel it, hell even the cruise control & odometer work!! I think I paid a little to much for her, but considering the low miles & the condition she's in, $4900 isn't too bad.

You could put a factory ram head there off an early truck.

Oh and your supposed to be able to feel the trans shift a little bit.. either you have a wasted torque converter or its low on fluid

Our trans was 3 qts. low and you couldn't feel it shift either

Yea read the sticky articles and watch my pump tweaking videos and it'll smoke that 03!!!

is it automatic or 5spd ??

oh and you should take some pics underneath of that dual exhaust setup, kinda weird but very cool
I'll bet the wheels are Alcoa LTS wheels. I've got a set. Might think about selling them...

I agree, now she just needs some new front springs, ha ha.
Awesome truck. Did you say $4900? I'm jealous. If you guys check out the craigslist in my area "north Idaho" you'd see that truck between $8000-$12000. Oh, and I agree, the ornaments gotta go. Good luck man.

Good looking truck there, Mr. gravedigger (last post on this thread was 7 years ago) . Gumby hasn't been around in years, but he had a nice truck back then.

Might want to start a thread of your own to showcase that nice ride you have there.. Welcome to the forum.
