Mc Mobile
The '05 F350 cooling system has a pressurized overflow tank that circulates the coolant. I need to tap into one of the Cummins heater lines that run inside the cab. Witch one of these two lines is the pressure line?
Or is there a better pressurized spot for me to tap into?

One more question for the board.
Will this work on my '93?

WD, not trying to stump you by asking two questions, but you got any ideas on this?
My Ford pick up has a small coolant hose coming from the top of the engine to the top of the coolant tank. I'm not sure if this little hose is on the pump side so it circulates the coolant in the tank or just allows the tank to breath. Anybody point me in the right direction on hooking up this coolant tank?

It is a circulating hose. The big fitting on the bottom of the tank should tee into the heater hose that comes off the back of the water pump, the little hose should tee off the heater hose that comes off the side of the block just below the head.
Thanks for the info WD. Almost got it all plumbed.
I'm wiring up a manual switch and a temperature switch to automatically turn the electric fan on at a certain temp. I'm guessing the auto temp switch should be about 10 deg. hotter than the thermostat. What auto temp switch deg. is recommended?

Got to run the 5.9 today for about 2hrs
. The little electric fan and Ford radiator easily kept the temp. at 180. Shut the fan off and the temp would slowly climb up. Turn the fan on and right back down to 180.
I've been wanting dual exhaust and being the McMobile....... I ran two 4" stacks on one side
...... little easier installation too.

Here is a pic of my 5' 10" helper standing in front.

Got to drive the McMobile up and down the back roads yesterday
Been along time since driven.
But before I put the rear drive line in I checked the Brownie Box O.D. gear ratio. I marked both input and output shafts, turning the input one revolution the output turns 1.4 rev.
What O.D. gear ratio would that be? .60?
