made a ford 250 driver mad

Heading out to plow a friends drive, and saw a ford power stroke in the ditch,so I stoped tha see if I could help. He said he didn't think my old dodge could get him out,but i told him I'd give it a try.the old 93 didn't spin a wheel, pulling him out. I told him next time he got stuck, just wait till a old dodge comes by,and all I got was adirty look.

Not hard to make ford guys mad. Can you blame them you buy a truck that cost that much and the first time it gets below 80* and the glow plugs go out and it wont start. Also have you seen all the lifted, cromed, and tricked out Fords compared to all the others makes? Compensating for something?

No doubt Ferd guys are the worst, maybe they all realize how inferior their new rigs are to our 17 year old relics. As for all the chrome doohickeys, the old saying still stands----IF IT DON'T GO, CHROME IT!!!!!!!!!

OK DennyT don't let Jesse intimidate you, Yes we put a set of 100HP injectors, banks compressor wheel & exhaust housing and irtercooler kit, 4" exhaust, with BD exhaust brake, tossed the TTB for a Dana 60 with 4.10, power-lock and a 02 ford disk brake Dana 80 with 4.10 and Detroit locker that we converted to standard 8 lug, huge track bat that I made, 6" lift, 37x13.50x17 Toyo MT's, 12,000lbs Warren winch front and rear. 1410 rear drive line and 1350 front with NP205 Luck solid fly wheel and a ceramic clutch we had made. Its still a Power Stroke even if it will stomp most of the Dodges running around hear and smoke more too. He had to do all of that to make it run like a real truck. It runs great once you hit about 18-1900rpm but its still a dog down low. You could take him of the line and for a good ways, but when he got going he would fly by. I have driven it its fun but its still a V-8=no low end. All fun aside it is a really nice truck and it is made to last not just to look good. His 99 is just as hot and so is his wifes 6.0 Excursion. They are the few exceptions to the rule.
