Lug nut torque ?
Lug nut torque ?
Hey guys, just picked up a new electric impact gun from Harbor frieght and was wondering what the factory torque #'s are for a 1991.5 truck. I'm running stock rims and nuts with 265/75/16 BFG A/T tires. I'm guna try using this gun then checking its numbers with my glick-type torque wrench. Thanks all, Jeff

Thanks guys, didnt plan to use the gun as a final tightening for the lugs, just wondered if it would have the guts to get the lugs off the studs after I have then torqued to the proper specs, sorry I wasnt clearer in my first post. Funny I never thot of using my 19.2 volt drill to speed up the process, thanks again

I didn't use a welder, but I put 3 batteries in series and this actually brought back 3 of 4 old batteries that I was going to toss, and , as you know, these are not cheap....Mark
