Low EGT

I have been reading peoples experiences with EGTs and mine seem to be very low compared to others, Truck is in my sig. with stock turbo and 18cm housing and I have to push it very hard to get 1100 degrees and they climb slow and from what I have seen with others this is low, truck has plenty of power I don't think its a fuel delivery problem

How much boost are you seeing. How much smoke are you belching out with such a big ex. housing?

Probe is pre turbo and it puts out plenty of smoke before the turbo spools and then it cleans up good

From what I've seen it seems like the pumps on these trucks vary widely as far as what they will put out at the edge of runaway. When I had a WH1C, POD's, and external pump mods only I made about 250 HP. Frdneck had his truck on the dyno Sunday and he laid down numbers equal to that with just an HX-35 and a tweaked fuel screw on stock injectors. I think you just have a lame-o pump like mine.

The truck has stock exhaust straight piped, I have another 92 with the same pump mods,16cm housing, and I took the PODs out of it and put them in this truck with the 18cm and this truck would run off and leave the other one so I thought I had a pretty good pump on this one but I thought EGTs were low For how good the truck moved But I agree these pumps are so inconsistent from truck to truck its crazy
