If your rig is running good, 400k is not anything to be concerned with. I talked to a guy a few weeks ago who just bought a 6.0 powerstroke. The 1st gen that he traded-in on the Ford had over 600k ...... most of those miles he was pulling heavy loads. He got rid of it beacuse it was cosmetically challenged.

If this were not cummins then yes I would be concerned. Unless you have had some problems with the engine then more than likely it will outlast the rest of the truck. Just feed it clean fuel, clean air and change the oil on a regular basis.

And actually if it's the same truck posted in his gallery, It's doing very well. Nice looking truck.

Pastor Bob reassured me a long time a go..... when I too was wondering whether to keep investing. He has seen very high mileage CTD's that still had the cross-hatching in the cylinders, whne pulling heads off for various reasons.
