LED Question
i replaced my tail/turn/brake lights with LEDs on the front and rear. I also replaced my small marker light bulbs with LEDs and the 5 cab light bulbs with LEDs. i was wondering what flasher do i need to operate the new LEDs and how do i hook it up if it is not a direct replacement. I also was wondering that after i replace the flahser unit, will this brighten my marker/cab lights up also or do i need to put some sort of resistor on them. if i have to use a resistor, how do i do that?
thanks in advance.

Get an electronic flasher. They don't require the bulbs for resistance to heat a bi-metal strip and break the circut to Flash.

the solid state flasher is plug. in if you are using 3 watt 1157's they are brighter than oem, the marker's are available in several brightnesses, i bought mine from superbrightled.com recently did my two 06's every bulb except for the gauge cluster (dash) the 06 is allready solid state so i did not have to change flasher like i did on the 1st gen
