LED Brake Light Question?

LED Brake Light Question?
Anybody know a fix for the led brake and turn signals? when i turn the blinker on they get excited? i really don't mind as they have been like this for years. but a trooper mentioned that it aint right. by the way HELLO FOLKS. New here nice to meet ya....
