Leaking PODS

Any POD users suffering from leaks? Ever since I switched over to PODS, I have had leaks coming up from the injector port. It is ever so slight, but enough to bug me. I have had them for 6 months now, and they leaked when I 1st put them in, so I yanked them out and re-did every step. I used the .020 washers, and already have re-torqued them a second time. I did everything by the book on the install. My BD 40 hp injectors that I used to have never leaked, and I used .020 washers on those, too( I used new ones when I switched over to the PODS). What gives? BTW, it is only #2, 3, 4, and possible #5 that dribble.

I had the same problem. I just went through and cleaned the injector ports extremely well. I also torqued them down a little more then the factory specs.

Did you use an injector bore brush to clean? A small hose taped onto a shop vac nozzle does wonders for getting the loose crap out when you are done brushing. The leak is due to crud under the copper.

If it's not a dirt problem then it could be cylinder head cracking in the injector bores.
