What is underneath the trim?

Are there holes for mounting tabs or something similar? If it just uses adhesive, maybe just remove it altogether... or would that look weird?

Some peices like the little black peices on the fenders are fastened by two holes and clips. theres holes in the fenders.

The black trim on the bedsides/doors is held on with adhesive. The little tiny peice between the bed and the door (on the cab) is i believe also adhesive.

The small peice on the cab corner has 2 holes behind each peice. I couldnt find the trim anywhere either. I ended up welding all the holes.

Just paint the old ones. I did that to mine, made them look real nice but I never got the fender flares primed good and the paint came off in a year. I'm planning on painting the whole truck soon, but leaving the trim off.

Mine where adhesive but the pass. door came off. I wanted to take all the trim off but the paint came off with the on that fell off so it's staying on.

Go to your local Body Shop and ask them to let you look through their Body Molding Book it will have samples of almost every Body Molding made for cars and trucks, for the last 10 or so years.

I had them special order mine and then when it got in they had the guy who only does the trim cut and install them.

If I can find the box I think the part number is still there.

90's Ford trim works good. You can buy it by the roll and if you put it on upside down it looks pretty close to the factory Dodge trim. The red and white dually in my profile has it.
