Latest update

Well most of you have read my other posts about melting my powersteering pump shaft and the havoc that it caused. It continues but with a happy ending.
So finally got all the parts assembled, 2 new vac pumps the PS pump. I pressed the gear housing assembly together at my house using a wooden wedge to aid in the process, work quit nicely to a point when I broke off the ear that holds the vac pump on, no biggey I got that welded. So the gear seemed like it need to go on a bit further so I brought it to the local napa to have them press it. They guy couldnt press it any further! So I took it home and attempted to press it in further with the above method, seemed like it was working well until the bolt broke off in the gear. So I attempted to drill and extract the bolt, but it wont budge! So i decided to throw the thing back in and reasembled it last night. The old beast fired right up after sitting for nearly 2 months! I ended up breaking one of the wires for the H20 sensor that goes on the fuel filter. Does anyone know how much these cost??

all the wire does it turn the light on in the cab. the seperator is still functional. just drain it a little every once in a while and it should never be a problem

Geno's Garage has the WIF sensors for around $25 I think. It's a Fleetguard part, so check with Cummins before you give Dodge $45.
