L10 turbo on 92 cummins ?

Can I hang a L10 turbo on my 92 cummins ? Would it work has any one done it before ?

I'm sure it is a different flange and how do you think a little 5.9 will ever spool it?

You'd probably never spool it. Going from a 10 liter motor to a 5.9 liter is a huge step! Unless you put a smaller turbo on top of it....

Depends on what turbo it is. There were different manufacturers and wheel/housing combos on L10's.

It will probably have a T6 housing and be very slow to spool. But then again, cannot know without you telling us the Manufacturer and the model.

Justin,I was just about to post similar question. I have turbo from M-11,Assy.#3594809,research turns up as HX-50.People in the know tell me;too big for single;too small for compound!! Your turbo might be same problem!
