just ordered gds ch02, a couple ?

Well, i just talked to Steve at GDS, said a unit came in this morning and its mine Im going to use the stock crossover for the time being, where are you fella's getting the reducer boot deal? I know their out there, but I can't find em. Also, how is the spool up with the 18.5? much worse or what? I was going to keep the 18 if its the same as stock spool up, Ive got a 3000 mile road trip in 2 months, going to be grossing about 17k or so, I wanted something that will breath.thanks, Jordan

It'll spool fine, I doubt you will notice any difference at all on the bottom end.

Air Flow Systems for the boot. You are going to have to cut approx 1-2" off of the factory crossover because the housing will hit it when you try to spin it into alignment. As far as the 18cm I love the way it spools seems plenty of fast enough for me.

Hello Us MMA.

Congrats on the GDS upgrade. I hear those are hard to get nowadays. I recently drove Loco1's 1992 with the 60 High Flow and it sounded just like the 58 in my 1998.5 hx35. The WME slot is cause of the JET sound IMO.

I have found all of my couplers online at ebay.com

The red one that I used for the stock crossover pipe is a 2.5-2.0 reducer, with the 2.5 slipping over the turbo end IIRC. You might want to stick some calipers over yours to varify this, however. It is a tight slip on the clamp ring on the end of the turbo. Actually now that I think about it I hacked off the end of the snail in order to get a smoother install. (freebie 54 housing from a stock h1c) but I was using a 2.25 " - 2.0 I currently have a 2.5-3.0 reducer with my 3" crossover and the 2.5 slips over the stock cast v band clamp end of my hx'35 just fine.

I believe you can stretch the 2.5" end over the 60 Housing Outlet. the 2.0" will go right on the stock crossover. 2.5-2.0" reducer...

will that one work for you.

What about this one with band clamps included.

The only difference between the CH-02 and the CH-05 is the CH-02 has a 2 1/2" hose outlet while the CH-05 has the V band outlet.
