It is located to the right of the steering column on the back side of the instrument panel. Right next to the buzzer module.
I got mine from the Dodge dealer.

Not trying to hijack, but my intermittent wipers have quit working as well. Low and high speeds still work. Is there a way to test that relay?

That's exactly what mine is doing. I just looked at http://www.moparpartsamerica.com/par...layCatalogid=0. They're usually a little cheaper than the local Dodge dealer. I just want to make sure that's it before I shell out $50.

Used on pretty much every Dodge truck and van from '87 - '97.

Thank you Mr. Administrator, A gentleman and a scholar Did I mention a Lifesaver?? Seriously tho, thanks, that helps tremendously. I jumped into doing this conversion blind, and there are a lot of little nitpicky things that I have to play with still, and its certainly great to have some folks that are used to these newfangled 1st gens heheh. My 77 that I converted is the newest one I have had.
