If your your 91 is NON-IC'd then yes it's worth doing. You need the intake horn too.

Your core support is different and the intercooler won't fit right without work but $100 is cheap for all the parts so it might be worth it. You may want to look at his radiator as well if your isn't the cross flow and he's parting out stuff. Perhaps his core support is in good shape and worth a few$$.

for a $100 Buy it. I payed that much for the hoses and intercooler pipes off of a 2nt gen. and then another 100 for the intercooler.
I normally recommend the 2nt gen intercooler for a non intercooled truck, but for $100 you can sell it for at least what you bough it for if you decide theres to much fabbing of the radiator support.

You need to go into the sticky above and read the P/S and the 2nt gen intercooler projects.................will give yeah a good idea what your in for

I am not positive but I don't think the intake horn will work because the non ic master cylinder is in the way. Some one please correct me if I am wrong but that is what I was told. But 100 beans for the whole deal sounds pretty good to me.

I think you can turn the intake plate around 180 and it will fit.

Don't forget the small stuff thats diffrent. The throttle brackets are diffrent due to the intake horn is in a more forward position, the water outlet pipe is diffrent for the later i/c trucks due to them having diffrent radiator. As rebel said get the turbo also and all the cooler pipes, boots, clamps ect.. The small stuff can get really expensive. Been there done that..

Yes, do it that way if possible. Get the thermostat housing off the engine, too.

The guy that has all of the parts doesnt want to get rid of anything off of the motor y I dont now but when i get the intercooler and the tranny im going to get the clamps pipes intercooler turbo elbo and I thank that im just going to make my own intake horn so that I dont have to move parts around. And is there enough room in the middles of the radator and the grill for the intercooler. And I was thanking about puting a T-70 turbo on it I found one on ebay for 250 buck would it work very well and if I use it will it make enough boost that I will have to stud the head.Because im going to get some POD injectors and dont thank that the stock turbo will be able to keep up with them and just thought that that turbo is kind of cheao and thought it might world.
